Throughout history artists have had a long-standing affinity for the landscape and today's artists continue the tradition. Twenty-five views of the landscape comprise this exhibit which presents the viewer with an array of styles, techniques, and interpretations of such diverse areas as the Adirondack Mountains, Midwest farmlands, the arid Southwest, the California Coast and the rugged majesty of Alaska. The exhibition is indeed, a portrait of America, seen through the eyes of the artist.
