Exhibitors interested in booking an exhibition should contact the consortium indicating the title of the exhibition(s) and preferred exhibition dates. This may be done by writing to:

Rental fees are listed for a four week exhibition period but can be adjusted on a pro-rata basis contingent on the needs of the exhibitor.
Exhibitions are shipped prepaid approximately two weeks before the scheduled opening- return prepaid shipping is expected withing three days of the closing.
Exhibitors recieve an inventory/insurance listing and a sample press release which man be edited at the exhibitor's discretion.
All works must be fully insured, both in transit and while on exhibit.
As soon as prepaid shipping charges are paid on our end, exhibitors will recieve billing for the exhibition rental and documentation of shipping charges for reimbursement.
Exhibition rental fees and reimbursement for documented shipping charges are payable within 30 days of receipt of the exhibition.
